SUSAN ANGELINO
Susan Rae (nee Oakley), 78, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2021. Sue was born on August 8, 1943, in Buffalo, New York. Loving wife of Richard for 56 years. Beloved daughter of the late Raymond and Alice Oakley, dearest sister of Patricia Duguay (Ted Nebrich) and sister-in-law to Robert Angelino. Beloved mother of Richard (Karen Mann), Daniel (Beth Embrescia) and cherished grandmother of Nicholas, Matthew, and Peter Angelino and an Aunt to many. For over 40 years, Sue was a long-time resident of and champion for Bainbridge Township. Sue was a true community woman and dedicated to family. Many local organizations benefitted from Sue’s volunteer spirit. She worked with CASA, Make-a-Wish Foundation, and Kenston Schools. The highlight of her career was serving 15 years as the Bainbridge Fiscal Officer, a job she loved and did well. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Sue’s memory can be sent to Rescue Village of Novelty, Ohio. A memorial mass and celebration of life reception will be planned for the Spring.
