JOHN JUSTUS WOLF
Age 93 of Aurora, passed away peacefully at home on September 21, 2016. Beloved husband of 67 years to Marjorie (nee Thompson). Loving father of Jeffrey (deceased) (wife Christine), Jennifer (Thomas- deceased) Evans, and Keith. Cherished grandfather of Elizabeth (Matthew) Danzeisen, Stephen Evans (deceased), Jonathan (Alexandra) Wolf and Katherine Wolf; great-grandfather of Rachel, Ashley and Ethan. Dear brother of the late Caroline Wolf and Marion Headley Lohr. John graduated from Shaker Heights High School and Fenn College (now Cleveland State University), and was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII. He retired in 1985 from Carpenter Technology Corporation. The family wishes to thank his caregivers and University Hospitals Hospice for their compassionate care. No visitation. A service of celebration and remembrance will be held at The Church in Aurora, 146 S. Chillicothe Road, Aurora OH 44202 at 1:00pm on Sunday, September 25th. Private interment at Knollwood Cemetery, Mayfield Heights. Memorial donations may be made to New Directions, 30800 Chagrin Blvd., Cleveland OH 44124 or The Church in Aurora.
