            Carol M. Willems (nee Lendrim), age 90, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2018. Beloved wife of the late, Peter. Loving mother of Mary Lou Spisak (Stephen), Douglas (Lisa), Patricia Dennis (Richard) and Andrew (Bonnie). Grandmother of Katie Grissom (Tyler), Lauren Spisak, Amy Spisak, Casey Martinez (Xavier), and Brian, Eric and Laura Willems. Great Grandmother of Parker Grissom and Gwendolyn Lowe; Preceded in death by her brother, Hugh Lendrim. Memorial service will be held 1p.m. Saturday, December 1 at Federated Church, 76 Bell Street, Chagrin Falls.
