Ann "Buffy" Clark, (Nee Fager) 74, long time resident of Chagrin Falls, passed away on April 8th, 2015. Born February 27, 1941 to the late Charles and Eleanor Fager. Devoted sister of Peter Fager of Sarasota, Florida. Graduate of Laurel School. Retired Assistant Director of Admissions from The Cleveland Institute of Music. She enjoyed music, church, spending time with her family and friends and sharing her gift of hospitality. Loving mother of Thomas W, Jr. (Nichole), Mary Hogan (Brian), and Anne Tropf (Greg). Cherished Grandmother of William (Tiffany), Brennan, Gregory, Robert, Morgan, John, and Quinn. Private Memorial.
